Happy New Year

We had such a good Christmas this year... We spent Christmas Eve at Nick and Meredith's home, we played an interesting game that Ron and Trudy had played that sure kept our night full of excitement. We ate Yummy food and enjoyed each others company... Christmas Day was spent at our home with our kids and grand kids.... Over the Christmas Break we started playing Rook, we would play through out the entire week all evening long, we played 3, 4, 5 handed and we even learned a fun 6 handed version... We have had such a good time teaching and learning new tricks and just spending time with our family. Our Holiday was full of family fun and we hope you and your family had a wonderful Holiday Season as well.

A Beautiful Day

It was a beautiful day for a beautiful sealing.  It was awesome being able to see Meredith, Nick, Kemry and Sofie sealed together as a family.  The girls were little angels.  Meredith forgot to grab her camera in the dressing room, so we took a few pictures for her.  What an awesome day Rosenvalls!  We love you!

Return to the 80s

Our friend had a surprise party for her husband's 40th birthday.  We were asked to come dressed 80s so we did just that.  Check out these pics of Shawn and I.  We had a great time and ended up winning the prize for best costumes!

I think I look just like Holly in the above picture.  When I first put on the wig and showed Shawn, he said, "You look just like Holly." (Click on the picture to enlarge it - it's much easier to see.) Oh, and by the way, that is a sock in Shawn's zebra pants (just a disclaimer!)

Our complete ensemble - Shawn was the hit of the party and he unfortunately played the part all too well.  There was a lady there who had taken our family pictures a few years back and she asked another friend of mine if something had happened to my husband and who it was I was with!  She didn't recognize Shawn at all!
