Water Challenge (Marcie)


Okay so I am a few pounds overweight from the holidays...anyone else???? At any rate...I read that if you divide your weight in half that is the amount of ounces that you need to drink daily in order to cleanse and promote weight loss etc.....so for instance a 200 pound person would drink half there weight of 100 ounces of water....so I am really giving this a go with some exercise...but the key the author said as you all probably know the above statement.....but the key is that you have to consume the first 8 ounces within 30 minutes of waking and continue with at minimum of 8 oz an hour after that.... Tea, juice, soda or other does NOT count....I have actually seen a result from this....I have not been exercising as much as drinking my H2O....So there ya go...Thought you might like to know what I have discovered...For me I am looking at close to 100oz of water daily...I felt like I was drowning at first! : ) Good Luck Everyone with the Water Drinking Challenge

I too have been trying to drink more water . . . some days I'm better than others. Thanks for the info.

I am going to do this and give it a shot, heck I have nothing to loose except for my bladder... HA HA HA!!!!
